Nov. 1 Bahrain Seminar “Hidden Attraction of Bahrain”

A seminar was held by the Economic Development Board of Bahrain (EDB) and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, supported by JETRO, to promote direct investment in Bahrain from companies which wish to explore expanding their business in the Middle East. Following the welcome speech by H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the staff of EDB explained the charm and the business advantages of Bahrain. Mr. Yukio Ishibiki, former Commercial Attache at the Embassy of Japan in Manama from the Agency for natural Resources of Energy, METI, kindly gave a presentation titled “Business Environment of the Kingdom of Bahrain.” The EDB and the Embassy are planning to host similar seminars regularly, not only in Tokyo but also other major cities in Japan and Korea, promoting investment in Bahrain.
