Nov. 9: The 2011 Blue Planet Prize Awards Ceremony and the Congratulatory Party

H.E. Dr Khalil Hassan, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Japan, attended the 2011 Blue Planet Prize Awards ceremony and the Congratulatory Party held at Tokyo Kaikan. The Blue Planet Prize winners of this year were; Dr. Jane Lubchenco, US Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and Barefoot College (Founder: Mr. Bunker Roy in 1972).
