Dec. 7: Bahrain Seminar “Gateway to the Middle East Market”

A seminar was held in Seoul, Korea by the Economic Development Board of Bahrain (EDB) and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, supported by Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), to promote direct investment in Bahrain from companies which wish to explore expanding their business in the Middle East. Following the Opening Remarks by H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Executive Director of KCCI made Welcome Remarks. The staff of EDB explained the charm and the business advantages of Bahrain. Representative of Samsung Engineering kindly gave a presentation lifestyle and their business model in Bahrain.
Comparative advantages of Bahrain in business environment compared with the other GCC countries were provided, and the discussion with each attendee during the luncheon made EDB enable to grasp the current business attitude towards the Middle East. Those who attended deepened their understandings in doing business in Bahrain.
