November 6th 2013: Commemorative Forum to celebrate the Establishment of The TOA Institute

H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, the Ambassador, attended a commemorative forum to celebrate the establishment of the TOA Institute on November 6, 2013. The TOA Institute is a Japanese General Incorporated Foundation which was established by Mr. Tsutomu Takebe, former president of Japan Bahrain Parliamentary Friendship League. The aim of this institute is to contribute to the enhancement of public welfare and economic development in East Asia.
