October 11th, 2014: “Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony 2014”

Mr. Ahmed Al Teraifi, Second Secretary and Mrs. Shaima AlBahrani, wife of Mr. Ahmed attended “Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony 2014” on Oct 11th, 2014. This program organized by HE Mr. Yoichi Masuzoe, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Governor, Mr. Hisashi Hieda, Chairperson of the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture and Mr. Man Nomura, the Chair of the Tokyo Traditional Arts Program Executives Committee to promote Japan’s traditional arts and culture globally and to pass them on to the next generation, hosts live performances of various traditional arts including Hogaku (music), Buyo (dance), Rakugo (comic storytelling) and folk arts.
