April 20 to 27, H.E. Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of Bahrain and East Asian Countries Parliamentary Friendship Committee visited Japan

H.E. Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of Bahrain and East Asian Countries Parliamentary Friendship Committee and other delegates from Shura Council visited Japan from April 20 to 27, 2014.
During their stay in Japan, His Excellency and delegates attended various meetings to enhance Parliamentary bilateral relations further. The details of the meetings are as follows.

Visiting HE Mr. Tsutomu Takebe, former Chairperson of Japan-Bahrain Parliamentary Friendship League
Visiting Committee on Judicial Affairs, House of Representatives
Observing National Diet discussion related to the Ministry of Land and Transport
Briefing from Human Rights Bureau and Correction Bureau, Ministry of Justice
Meeting with H.E. Mr. Takao Makino, Parliamentary Vice Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
