November 10, 2015: 2015 Kyoto Prize Presentation Ceremony

On November 10, 2015, H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador, attended the 2015 Kyoto Prize Presentation Ceremony hosted by the Inamori Foundation that was founded by Mr. Kazuo Inamori, Chairamn Emeritus of Kyocera Corporation. The Kyoto Prize is awarded annually to persons who have made significant contributions in the three categories of Advanced Technology, Basic Sciences, and Arts and Philosophy. Through this Prize, the Inamori Foundation seeks not only to recognize outstanding achievements, but also to promote academic and cultural development and to contribute to mutual international understanding.
