March 22, 2016: JBECA Annual Meeting

On March 22, 2016, H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador, attended the Seminar and the annual meeting held by Mr. Yoshihiro Shigehisa, the Chairman of JBECA and Chairman Emeritus of JGC Group.
This gathering was held to deepen the understanding of the recent situation of the region and to further deepen the interaction among the JBECA members.
Mr. Yuhzoh Waki, Vice-Chief and well-known key Editorial Writer of The Nikkei, gave a lecture on the current slump of oil price and its geopolitical impact on the Region. H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan delivered a welcoming speech at the reception, emphasizing that Bahrain is a land of opportunity for its people, as well as the entrepreneurs, companies that participate in its development, and that the role of JBECA members is very important to lead other Japanese companies, which will also work for the development of bilateral relationships in the economic field.
