April 2, 2010 Arab Day Reception 2010 Held

The Arab Embassies in Tokyo hosted the Arab Day Reception 2010 at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo.

Heads of the Diplomatic Missions in Tokyo, diplomats, wives of Ambassadors, the Japanese government officials and members of the Diet were invited to the occasion. Among them were the Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Yukio Hatoyama, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry H.E. Mr. Masayuki Naoshima, Senior Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry H.E. Teruhiko Mashiko, Parliamentary Secretary for Economy, Trade and Industry, H.E. Chiaki Takahashi, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Mr. Shuji Kira, and the former Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Yasuo Fukuda. In addition, corporate executives, professors, artists, journalists, and others amounting to 400 guests attended the reception.
