June 2, 2010 EDB Executive Luncheon Hosted

EDB Executive Luncheon, co-organized by Economic Development Board (EDB) Bahrain, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. was held at ANA Intercontinental Tokyo.

The luncheon was organized to promote direct investment in Bahrain for companies which consider doing their business in the Middle East by providing the information about Bahran’s business environment and its advantages compared to the other GCC countries. After the luncheon, several companies attended showed interst in doing the business in Bahrain.

EDB is further planning to host a seminar not only in Tokyo but also major cities in Japan and Korea and promote increased investment into Bahrain. The next seminar to be held on July 5, 2010 in Osaka.
