December 1, 2010 Executive Luncheon Seminar in Fukuoka Held

Executive Luncheon, organized by Economic Development Board Bahrain and Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, supported by Fukuoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Trade, Kita Kyushu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Trade, JETRO (Fukuoka Trade Information Centre), Kyushu Economic Federation and Fukuoka Foreign Trade Association was held at Hyatt Regency Fukuoka.
Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Japan and Mr. Kazuo Imahira, Executive Representative of EDB Japan Office hosted the luncheon, where about 35 people attended.
The luncheon was held to promote direct investment in Bahrain from those companies in Kyushu Area which wish to explore expanding their business in the Middle East. Comparative advantages of Bahrain in business environment compared with the other GCC countries were provided, and the discussion with each attendee during the luncheon made EDB enable to grasp the current business attitude towards the Middle East.
Those who attended deepened their uderstandings in doing business in Bahrain.
